Lexie Williamson is a British Wheel of Yoga and Institute of Yoga Sports Science®-qualified instructor specialising in yoga for runners and cyclists. Lexie is also the author of the Bloomsbury books Yoga for Runners, Move and The Stretching Bible, and co-author of the Audible relaxation guide Power Up to Power Down with sports psychologist Dr Josephine Perry.
