A regular yoga practice makes for a strong, healthy, steady, clear minded, and confident mom. Yoga Mom hopes to promote and support mom's existing yoga practice and aims to inspire and encourage non-practicing moms and other family members to begin a joyful practice of their own. On each page, yoga mom demonstrates different physical and behavioral qualities that a regular yoga practice brings forth and enhances in a person: a loving, cheerful spirit, a flexible spine, playful energy, patience and inner calm, confidence, compassion and respect, physical strength and balance, healthy heart, clear mind, and most importantly, the ability of being able to live in and enjoy the present moment.
