Karen Fischer is a nutritionist, mother of two and an award-winning author. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Science Degree from the University of New England (Armidale) and a three-year Nutrition Diploma from the Nature Care College (Sydney, Australia). As well as her work with private patients, Karen is an avid health researcher with a passion for finding new, science-based ways to create healthy skin. Her previous books with Exisle include the bestselling The Healthy Skin Diet (winner of 'Best Health, Nutrition or Specific Diet Book' at the 2008 Australian Food Media Awards) and The Eczema Diet.
