• Konoe has been assigned to a new partner, Kotoha. The smallest and youngestof the family power — he's still so little he's been locked up in a smallroom in the back of the compound. This is because Kotoha's power is so strongand no one can control him. Somebody has to step in and teach him the meaningof power — and Konoe is not sure if he's up for the job.
