meant for all ages, shapes, and abilities, this book is an introduction to basic yoga in a friendly and accessible way. there are many texts that are much more detailed and advanced, but i have found the most success in life by keeping it simple and fun. the characters within originated in my graphic novel titled zen panda (still in progress). although that world was created first, the pandas were quite insistent about doing yoga with you right away.
