Since 2010, he has been consistently recognized as one of New Jersey's top kids' doctors. D.) is a clinical psychologist, author and consultant based in Massachusetts who teaches at Harvard Medical School. He has spoken in thirty countries, and is the author of twenty books, including Alphabreaths (2019), Growing Up Mindful (2016) and How we Grow Through What we Go Through. (2022) His thoughts on mental health have been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, mindful.org, cnn.com, and elsewhere. He teaches at Harvard Medical School. Lily Fossett (illustrator) Lily Fossett is based in Bath and is a recent graduate of Falmouth University. She has a passion for creating character led children's illustrations, and uses digital media and textures to produce her work. Storytelling has always been a key focus for Lily and she loves to capture and evoke emotion in her drawings. The natural world is also a large inspiration to her and is often a focus within her illustrations.
