Doug's passion for reading and researching is evident whether it's the stack of books he's reading or his reputation for connecting others to books, articles, and resources that are relevant to their current personal or professional quests. As a mentor- coach, Doug introduces others to the great teachers of our time and helps people develop the inner awareness to become conscious leaders. Cheryl Lester is a respected leadership development coach who over the last two decades has provided mentor-coaching and strategic support to leaders in over 50 countries.
