Joe Mathewson reported on business and law for The Wall Street Journal and has taught business reporting and writing at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications since 1997. He has practiced law, covered the U.S. Supreme Court for The Journal, and is the author of The Supreme Court and the Press: The Indispensable Conflict (2011).
