Brian Bornstein is Research Professor in the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Arizona State University, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Senior Lecturing Fellow at the Duke University Law School, and Adjunct Professor of Psychology & Neuroscience at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is former editor of the journal Psychology, Crime & Law. He has authored 5 books, and this is his 17th edited book.
Monica Miller is a Foundation Professor and Fulbright Senior Scholar at the University of Nevada, Reno with a split appointment between the Criminal Justice Department and the PhD Program in Social Psychology. She is on the editorial board of the journal Psychology, Crime & Law. She has previously authored 4 books and has edited 9 books. Dave DeMatteo is a Professor of Psychology and Professor of Law at Drexel University, where he is also Director of the JD/PhD Program in Law and Psychology. He is an Associate Editor of Law and Human Behavior and on the editorial boards of 12 journals, and he has authored 6 books and edited 3 books (with another edited book “in press” and another edited book “in progress”).
