Anh's Anger
Autor Gail Silver Ilustrat de Christiane Kromeren Limba Engleză Hardback – 31 iul 2009 – vârsta de la 4 până la 7 ani
Children experience anger on a regular basis, but lack the coping skills to guide them through these difficult moments. In Anh's Anger, five-year-old Anh becomes enraged when his grandfather interrupts playtime with a summons to the dinner table. When Anh’s grandfather takes the time to help Anh fully experience his anger by suggesting he go to his room and "sit with his anger," Anh discovers a positive method by which to work through his feelings. This remarkable book teaches children to both acknowledge and resolve their difficult emotions, making it an invaluable tool for parents and teachers alike.

Recenzii
“Anger is like a howling baby, suffering and crying. This book shows children and parents how practicing mindful breathing can help us soothe and gently transform our strong emotions.”
—Thich Nhat Hanh
"One of the best books we've ever seen on the issue of dealing with anger...Getting angry is normal. The question is how do you deal with your anger. In this incredible story, Anh gets really angry and gets sent to his room to 'sit with' his anger. Anh not only sits with his anger, he chats, dances, and plays with his anger. This story is simply amazing, healthy, beautiful...a gem."
—ReachandTeach.com
"Promotes deep breathing as the ideal way to regain control during a tantrum."
—The New Yorker
"Lively and engaging."
—Yoga Magazine
"The pictures are absolutely darling. I knew that devil would be cute. It's a real winner!”
