Notă biografică

Levon Ter-Petrossian is Chairman of the Armenian National Congress party. He was Armenia's first post-Soviet president from 1991-1998. 

Arman Grigoryan is Assistant Professor of International Relations at Lehigh University, USA. His research interests include international relations theory, nationalism and conflict, genocide, bargaining and war, game theory, the Caucasus, and the Balkans.
