Recenzii
This is required reading for conducting students and experienced choral directors alike. Highly recommended. Upper-division undergraduates through faculty and professionals.
Dr. Paul presents the science of how we learn, retain, and recall information with specific activities to engage students, assess learning, and create active and inspired classes and rehearsals. This informative and practical text will help the teacher/conductor regardless of grade level or where they are in their career.
Paul's book is deeply personal, erudite and meticulously researched. I absolutely loved it, took meticulous notes, and look forward to using much of what I learned in my classes and rehearsals. An absolute must-read for conductors.
