The book is any excellent reference for students throughout the course. I would certainly recommend the book for the subject.
Extremely relevant - an excellent overview to assist students' understanding of the design process. A fascinating insight into how other schools and architectural practices learn/teach/develop/assist etc. Excellent layout and design - all very clear with useful case studies and relevant projects.
Very useful book; interesting for students to learn about and to get a better understanding of different design processes which can assist by the development of their own preference for studio design.
We use most of AVA's Architecture series - I have found them invaluable.
Basic Architecture 03: Architectural Design is truly exceptional and has motivated me to want to see the others in the series. The text is exceptional in both content and quality. The series is worthy of serious consideration for any basic architecture program.
