Recenzii

"Doverspike and Flores’ text is a welcome addition to the literature available on how to become, and have, a successful career as an Industrial-Organizational (IO) Psychologist. This book is a valuable resource for undergraduates, graduates and early career IO psychologists. The undergraduate section is particularly welcome to see as many Psychology departments do not have IO Psychology as part of their undergraduate curriculum. The use of textboxes throughout this volume is excellent. Another important addition is the use of career vignettes that illustrate how students become interested in IO and the breadth of careers open to IO Psychologists. This volume is an excellent resource for any IO Psychologist and I recommend it for both undergraduate and graduate courses." - Daniel Svyantek, Professor, Auburn University, USA.
