With the advent of nanotechnology and its applications in various fields as nano materials and nano systems, there is an increased concern about the safety and compatibility of these systems with bio systems. The main routes of nano materials contact are inhalation, dermal absorption, and ingestion. This book addresses the issues related to nano toxicity and nano safety of nano materials and nano systems. It covers the interactions in biological systems and presents various tools and methods used to evaluate the nano toxicity and nano safety issues.
