Dominique J. Baker is Assistant Professor of Education Policy at Southern Methodist University, USA. Dr. Baker was the recipient of ASHE CCPHE’s 2021 Excellence in Public Policy Higher Education Award.
Andrew T. Arroyo is Director for Student Pathways and Academic Formation at Norfolk State University, USA.
Dominique J. Baker is Assistant Professor of Education Policy at Southern Methodist University, USA. Dr. Baker was the recipient of ASHE CCPHE’s 2021 Excellence in Public Policy Higher Education Award.
