Caracteristici
The Princes Trust recently released a report that states 1 in 10 young adults (16-35 years) are unable to leave their homes because they feel anxious. A 2013 YouGov survey revealed that 1 in 5 adults feel anxious a lot or all of the time. But a stigma still exists - 1 in 3 of those taking part in the survey agreed that they would feel embarrassed to admit they have anxiety.
