Michael B. Rall works as a Corporate Master Black Belt at a privately held company with over 72,000 employees and $15 billion in sales. Since 1982, he has helped numerous individuals and organizations worldwide to cultivate and implement performance excellence initiatives, leadership, and cultures in both corporate and public university settings, with companies ranging from fifty to nearly one hundred thousand employees. Key responsibilities he has held include the fostering and deployment of a global performance leadership development program, operations leadership, and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) performance excellence training programs and cultures. Winner of the 2011 ASQ Automotive Division Quality Professional of the Year Award, Rall is currently working on completing his Masters of Divinity.
