Recenzii

This work provides objective and thorough analysis of the mission.
It has the special attraction of including all the relevant documents.
Excellent new study ... a thoughtful consideration of the UNTAC years ... Findlay's book is an important first step in examining UNTACs legacy.
Findlay's book is very well researched and includes many of the major international documents on Cambodia in its appendix. It will be of interest to all those concerned with Cambodia and peace keeping operations in general.
This work is based on extensive and meticulous research; it is written with great clarity; and its exposition of the lessons to be drawn from UNTAC's experience - about one quarter of the text - carry entire conviction. There is a useful documentary appendix. The book is a "must" for all students of peacekeeping.
