JAMES CARLOPIO is a Senior Lecturer in the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, Australia and Director of the Accelerated Development Programme. He has written a number of books and articles and has worked with a number of international corporations, including ANZ Bank, Deloitte Touche, General Motors and Ford.
