Notă biografică
Dr. Yifei Lin, Director of the Board of Yi & Partners, President and founder of the CNARB Arbitration Institute, and Deputy President of the SCIA China International Arbitration Institute. With more than 20 years experience in arbitration, he has acted as chairman, sole arbitrator, and party-nominated arbitrator as well as counsel in numerous disputes. Dr. Lin is also the author/editor of about 50 books on arbitration.
