Fang Ning, Secretary of the Party Committee and Researcher of the Institute of Political Sciences of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, has been engaged in study of democratic political theory and practice for many years. He is the author of China’s Democracy Path (China Insights) published by Springer Nature and CSSP.
