Danling Yu is professor of law, professor of English language and literature at China Foreign Affairs University, and the Director of China Foreign Affairs University Center of International Business Law. She is guest professor of law at the Law School of Renmin University of China LLM degree in Chinese Law. She is on the panel of arbitrators at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and a member of the International Chamber of Commerce Commission for Arbitration and ADR. She is admitted to practice law in China and the State of New York. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School of Stanford University and holds LLB in Chinese law and international law and relations and M.A. in English Language and Literature from China Foreign Affairs University.
