Recenzii
The book is well laid out and easy to navigate with good indexes and footnotes, and helpful references to updates from the previous edition. It is also very readable and treats company law rightly as a living organism relevant to the times and context in which it is set - not just black letter law.
A very comprehensive and authoritative text, with significant and useful reference material in every page
Brilliant for both law and non-law students studying company law...a good balance of in-depth analysis and accessible language
Student friendly, analytical and clear...straightforward in its structure and easy to use
