David P. O'Very, a Legal Fellow in the NRDC Nuclear Program during preparation of this book, is an attorney advisor to the Office of Radiation and Indoor Air, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.Christopher E. Paine is a Senior Research Associate in the NRDC Nuclear Program. Dan W. Reicher, Senior Attorney in NRDC's Nuclear Program at the time this book was prepared, is Deputy Chief of Staff and Environmental Counsel to the Secretary, U.S. Department of Energy.
