Recenzii
Review from previous edition Here is a book by two leading lawyers in the field, which manages to combine a pithy, business-driven explanation of what such investigations are, together with rigorous coverage of the main laws and rules that operate in nine leading jurisdictions
This is an authoritative text to have for a comprehensive understanding of the pitfalls and challenges associated with internal investigations across the world
...the book's practical approach, comprehensive sweep, and exquisite timeliness-not to mention, at 728 pages, its enourmous heft- will render it an invaluable tool as the phenomenon of corporate internal investigations takes over the world
