Highly Recommended
Not only is this likely the first comprehensive volume written on the psychology of critical care, but it is also certainly bound to be a classic that will be referenced for years. This extraordinary text is a must for any health care worker that is dedicated to the treatment and science of critical care.
A dazzling entrance into the world of the critical care unit, replete with a comprehensive clinical appreciation of its inherent patient and family challenges. A must read for any rehab clinician who wishes to heighten their understanding of what's awaits them post medical stabilization.
