In this personal development tool, youth learns valuable lessons that enable them to develop skills to identify, evaluate, manage, and understand their emotions and the emotions of others. This journey towards emotional maturity helps them to learn how to construct and deconstruct their personal experiences to determine how their attitudes, boundaries, uniqueness, and values impact how they relate to themselves and others. Through self-reflection, youth learn critical thinking skills aimed to help them to gain self-awareness.
