Sibnath Deb is director at the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Sriperumbudur, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, Tamil Nadu, India. Previously, he was a professor at the Department of Applied Psychology, Pondicherry University, and has also taught at the University of Calcutta, India.
