Hardship and discipline are not always punishment for past mistakes. It could be preparation for where you are going, but to get to that place, refinement is needed. The fullness of your true character is never on display until you face adversity and problems. The process to purfiy gold involves increase the heat so that all the hidden impurities rise to the surface and are exposed. If fire is needed to bring out the impurities of gold, if pressure is needed to create diamonds and if fertilizer is needed to produce a great harvest, then so too are times of heat and high pressure needed to develop and transform you into the person God has pre-destined you to be. He has embedded greatness on the inside of you and will take you along a path to unearth it. Dear friends, don't be surprised at the fiery trials you are going through, as if something strange were happening to you. Instead, be very glad - for these trials make you partners with Christ in His suffering, so that you will have the wonderful joy of seeing His glory when it is revealed to all the world (1 Peter 4:12 - 13). God, the greatest investor and strategist, is fully interested in getting a return on what He has deposited in you. He, like any wise investor, protects His assets and investments so sometimes that means rearranging assets or splitting them to fortify the investments. As an investor, He closely monitors their investments to make sure it will increase and produce dividends. (I will guide you with My eye on you - Psalm 32:8).

Charity A. (Nelson) Morris, a native of Chicago, IL, is the fourth of six children born to Apostles David and Dorothy Nelson, Pastors of New Destiny of Faith Kingdom Ministry in Louisville, KY. Charity received Christ into her heart on August 1985, at the age of 7 years old. As a child and even today, one of her greatest and strongest spiritual mentors has been her mother, Dorothy, who has been effectively ministering The Word of God and spreading the Gospel of God's love for over 30 years. Currently she is a Project Manager for a Fortune 500 company, a community activist and an avid volunteer. She also started a mentoring program that works with at risk high school students. Charity is a dynamic teacher of God's Word who has a gifted ability to teach with clarity, simplicity, revelation and power. She has been blessed to travel throughout the U.S., Europe and Africa assisting with mission programs and ministering The Word of God. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an A.A. in French from Indiana University Northwest. She also graduated with honors from Joseph Business School, under the leadership of Dr. Bill Winston, Pastor of Living Word Christian Center. In 2009, Charity's entrepreneurial gifts manifested as she started her own publishing company, Scribe Publications, and also TDT Consulting Firm, a strategy development and marketing firm. She stands as both owner and C.E.O. of both companies. Many who encounter Charity are blown away by all that she has accomplished at such a young age. Yet, Charity humbly gives God all the glory, knowing that she can do nothing without Him. Charity's work is her worship. Her heartbeat is seeing people experience the fullness of God. She is motivated by God's love in all that she does and is passionate about expanding God's Kingdom. Her greatest desire is for people to see God in her and all that she does and for them to experience God in a personal, intimate and powerful way. Charity is the wife of Elder Gary Morris of Marvelous Light Christian Ministries. Together they have four beautiful children and reside in Georgia. Her new book, Developed Through Dirt, which was written from her personal experiences, is sure to bring deliverance to many who read it.
