Mary Lynne Derrington is Associate Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Tennessee, USA.
Philip D. Lanoue is an Education Consultant for Leader Development, PDL Consultants and a former superintendent. In 2015 he received the American Association of School Administrators (AASA) National Superintendent of the Year award.
