Dew on Ginkgo Leaves opens on a vast Chinese battlefield filled with clashing armored warriors, arrows bombarding the skies and men on horses slicing through the thick hordes of soldiers. This is where we find our heroine, Jade Flower, also known as the "Tigress". She and her husband Wu Lei are part of an elite fighting class of warriors, trained to be the secret weapons of the Emperor.
