For those that wish to keep a kosher home this book is meant as a tool and not mean to be all inclusive as companies, change the way things are manufactured and prepared for consumption quite frequently. This book is a product of 2 1/2 years of research and study on the dietary law. I in no way claim to know everything the scriptures have to offer on this subject.
