Geri loves to cook, especially fresh foods, and she really does not like throwing away food that has spoiled before it gets used. She created the meal planner series initially for herself to get better organized. Along with her meal plans, she wanted a place to make notes about what she liked and did not like, or if certain foods made her feel unwell. Finding this journal useful for herself, she has shared what has worked for her with others.
