Cartea este foarte bine facuta - dpdv calitate a materialelor de publicare. In ceea ce priveste continutul, este o carte de "capatai" pentru orice fel de patiser aspirant / pasionat de dulciuri. Retelele sunt usor de inteles, explicatiile sunt foarte extinse si are foarte multe poze pentru fiecare pas din proces.
