This book and associated videos present recordings of five experienced teachers in action, together with a clear commentary and analysis that draw succinctly on 'A Model of Teacher Effectiveness,' the report by Hay McBer to the Department for Education and Employment, June 2000. This combined resource, intended as a stimulus for discussion amongst teachers, can be used: - during school INSET, as a springboard for discussion of classroom management
