Dr Frank A. Flachskampf, MD, PhD, FESC, FACC is Professor of Cardiology at Department of Medical Sciences, Uppsala University and at Department of Cardiology and Clinical Physiology, Uppsala University Hospital, Uppsala, Sweden.
