Notă biografică
Şenol Bayraktar is Assoc. Prof. Dr. at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, Rize, Turkey. He received his MSc and PhD from Gazi University, Department of Manufacturing Engineering, Ankara, Turkey, in 2011 and 2016, respectively. His research interests include the machinability of materials (drilling, turning, milling, etc.) and the efficiency of asynchronous motors. He is experienced in the industrial design of neonatal and intensive care devices in the industrial sector and has served as manufacturing manager in different sectors. Especially in recent years, he has been working on the machinability of heat treated and non-heat-treated as-cast and additive manufactured aluminum-silicon alloys. He has been working as a manager and researcher in national projects and reviewer in prestigious international journals. He also has articles and book chapters published by international publishers.
Sunil Pathak, was awarded his Ph.D. (2016) in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Indore (MP) India and M.E. and B.E. in 2012 and 2009 respectively from Rajeev Gandhi Technical University. He is currently an MSCA International Mobility Fellow and working as a Senior Researcher at HiLASE Centre, Czech Republic since Jan 2021. Before joining HiLASE, Sunil has served as a Senior Lecturer at University Malaysia Pahang during Feb 2017–Feb 2020. Presently he is working on laser shock peening of intricately shaped geometries developed by additive manufacturing and improving the cylindrical gear tooth profile by electrochemical machining (ECM). He has authored more than 25 Research articles, one monograph, two edited books, and more than 15 manuscripts published as book chapters and in various international conferences.
