Stephen Rowley, Ph.D. (1979), Manchester University, Habilitation (2007) Paris University, is currently Professor of English and Director of the Centre for European Studies at Sun Yat-sen University, P.R.C. where he was appointed under the ‘One Hundred Talents’ Programme. He was formerly Vice-President (International) at Artois University, France.
