Weitere Kapitel behandeln Klimaveränderungen (auf der Basis von Sr/Ca-Isotopen), taphonomische Prozesse am Beispiel von Mollusken, Evolution und Probleme des Artkonzepts in Korallen und Gastropoden, und Veränderung der Faunenzusammensetzung bei Korallen- und Molluskenfaunen.
