In 1972, prior to his deployment to serve in the Vietnam War, Jonathan Baker met and married Juliana Radcliffe. He had not known that she was the heir apparent to the throne of Liechtenstein. It was only upon his return stateside, and the birth of their daughter, Catherine, conceived prior to his deployment, that he learned the truth. Not long after Catherine's arrival, the couple would welcome a son, Trevor.
