Notă biografică
Dr. Scott Young has his clinical doctorate in Audiology. He has worked with private practices, ear nose and throat Physicians, and hearing device manufacturers, fitting more than 20,000 patients successfully with hearing aids. Having taught hearing aid dispensers and audiologists how to complete good patient care effectively, he was also an integral part of manufacturing hearing aids of all types. Dr. Young started Hearing Solution Centers in Tulsa in 2005 (www.HearTulsa.com) and is happily married to Wendy since 1993, with his son in college at Oral Robert's University. Besides being a published author, he is also a singer and a songwriter. His first book, The Violin's Secret, is a WWII novel about a family's struggle to escape the Nazi torture of life as they rescue a Jewish family from death. Singing in the Mind is a non-fictional study of how singing occurs in the brain. It focuses on how worship can change the life of the singer, as well as how music interacts with culture from a Biblical and scientific standpoint. His third book, The Professor in History, places an atheist professor in the past to interface with the historical Jesus and discover what he knows about his own life, not to mention the lies he has believed about the Biblical Jesus. Dr. Young's passion is writing and teaching the Biblical truths in unique ways. Scott testifies that Jeff's PlanBible.com helped him write the book Singing in the Mind, finding passages that he never saw in Scripture before. He has read the Bible cover to cover more than ten times, but sometimes it is hard to locate passages in Chronicles and Leviticus because of the difficulties in reading those books. The Plan Bible gives the reader insight as to when the chronology is placed. He supports Jeff's ministry, and they have integrally tied their families together. Scott's other works can be found on www.DrScottYoung.com, as well as finding his ministry and audiology videos on YouTube and Facebook.
