Anonim a dat nota:
Even though it is considered a children`s book, Fantastically Great Woman Who Changed The World by Kate Pankhurst is useful for our general knowledge. Information provided in this book is a good starting point for descovering the incredible things made by women throughout history. There are women we know a lot about them, like Coco Chanel, Marie Curie or Jane Austen, but there are in this book some women not well-known like Sacagawea. It is empowering to discover that some small steps can have a strong impact and, in some cases, this amazing women changed the world by being trully themselves or doing what they really considered right. This book provides some motivation for the little girls with the last question: How will you change the world?

Caracteristici
Notă biografică
Kate Pankhurst illustrates and writes from her studio in Leeds with her spotty dog, Olive. She loves a good story, the funnier the better and gets her best ideas by doodling in hers sketchbook; because even quick wonky drawings can spark ideas for amazing plots. As a child Kate spent most of her time drawing silly characters and thinking up funny things for them to do, she feels very lucky to now do this as her job.
