Recenzii
‘Technology has expanded the space of possibility over that of reality. Complexity has become a feature of our world. People find themselves working and living in a state of "cognitive solitude". But knowledge alone is not enough to solve the problem. We need new leadership for this new world. In this beautiful book, Karin Jironet shows us the way with feminine leadership, the only approach capable of successfully facing the diversity of the current world. An absolute must read.’ - Prof. Dr. Roberto Panzarani, University Lumsa, Rome, Italy; CEO of Panzarani Innovation & Associates; author of Innovare il pensiero: i modelli di business in un’economia volatile
‘As a female leader in diverse settings, I am always searching for ways to connect vision, people and action. Karin Jironet invites us to examine our role as leaders through Dante’s journey in Purgatory: a perfect metaphor for freeing ourselves to honour virtue and help us to be the leaders that we want to be.’ - Deepa Patel, international advisor on refugee issues and chair of multiple charities, London, United Kingdom
‘Karin Jironet is a leader of leaders. In this new edition of her groundbreaking work, Feminine Leadership, she offers a clearsighted and up-to-date perspective on present problems globe-wide and a correspondingly large horizon of future possibilities. We must all - however gendered - become leaders. This is a book for everyone.’ Murray Stein, Ph.D., author of Jung’s Map of the Soul, Zurich, Switzerland.
