As the apostle Paul, I proclaim that I come not with excellency of speech or of wisdom. My intellectual education consists of High School and 6 consistent years of education in the Health and Fitness field. Occupationally, I am a former fitness and nutrition trainer and health club owner. During my time in this career I have conducted seminars, and personally trained thousands. Spiritually, I came to know Jesus as my Lord and Savior at a young age and have served in church all of my life. Now I teach Sunday school, Christian Counsel, and conduct FIT TO SERVE presentations. My wife and I not only teach others about the importance of physical and spiritual fitness, but personally know the priceless value of these principles in our faith, marriage, and ministry.
