Coy Johnston began his career in law enforcement, where he specialized in sexual crimes and domestic violence. In addition to holding a master s degree in community counseling from Northern Arizona University, he is a nationally certified counselor. Professor Johnston currently lectures in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University.""
