Recenzii

'Dr Yan's book offers a comprehensive and up-to-date review of the key issues concerning the governance of the investments made by foreign companies in China. Its subject could not be more important because China is now the world's largest recipient of foreign direct investment and of major strategic significance for a large number of companies. Dr. Yan's book draws upon a decade of firsthand research and experience,. and combines this impressive knowledge base with a high level of readability.' - Professor John Child, Chair of Commerce, University of Birmingham, UK
