Notă biografică
DAVID WINGEATE PIKE was born in England and educated at Blundell's School, McGill University and Universidad Interamericana Mexico. He received doctorates from the Université de Toulouse and Stanford University, where he served as Assistant Director at the Institute of hispanic American and Luso-Brasilian Studies. He is now Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Contemporary History and Politics at The American University of Paris and Director of Research at the American Graduate School of International Relations and Diplomacy.
