Notă biografică

Daniel P. Summerfield obtained his first degree from University College London and then went on to study for his PhD at the School of African and Oriental Studies, University of London. He is currently working in the field of corporate governance and publishes widely on the subject. He still maintains a strong interest in the subject of this book.
