By critically interrogating research on study of genocide intersectionality of gender with other forms of identity, and by understanding how diverse positionalities of different women and men in particular political, sociocultural, and historical contexts have informed their experiences as genocide victims and perpetrators, this collection explores how gendered experiences of violence become marginalized or included in national' memories produce gendered outcomes in a variety of way.
